We build homes for real people
Established in 2008, we're a New Zealand company specialising in residential property development. Our focus is building affordable homes for everyday Kiwi’s, many of whom might have only dreamed of owning their own home. We are part of the KiwiBuild scheme and also work with community housing providers so Kiwi’s from all walks of life can enjoy home security and well built, architectually designed sustainable homes.
Our current focus is on building new neighbourhoods from 50 - 500 plus homes. We also co-invest and work with housing providers and property investors to help them manage their development projects and to ensure they are delivered to plan, time and budget.
Our ambition is to help Kiwi families
By working with other invested organisations, including Kāinga Ora, Community Housing Providers and Iwi, to help solve NZ's housing crisis by delivering long-term rental and market homes for everyday Kiwi families.
Our projects
Wattle Park, Manurewa
Located on the shores of the Manukau Harbour, Wattle Park has been developed as a mixed development with Community Housing Providers (including Accesible Properties, Penina Housing Trust and Emerge Aotearoa), KiwiBuild and market homes.
Mountview Green, Rotorua
Mountview Green is Rotorua's newest and largest residential development, offering a diverse range of contemporary two and three bedroom homes, spread across private laneways and green spaces between Koutu's Ian and Frank Streets.
Millbrook 44, Henderson
Millbrook 44 is a secluded new development of multi-level terraced homes, with elevated views of the Waitakere Ranges located within walking distance to West Auckland’s shopping precinct and close to Henderson's train station and other amenities.
